Connecting to your phone

  • Updated

Once you have completed the setup of your Sirène in the app and enabled Bluetooth and location services on your phone, the automatic connection ensures a hassle-free experience.

A successful connection is indicated with a green blinking light that will occur every third second as long as Sirène is connected to your phone. It will blink red instead if your Sirène is not able to connect.

In this case, make sure that your Sirène is near your phone and Bluetooth is enabled. Press and hold the metal button until a green light appears to restore the connection.

Phone requirements

You always need a connection between the Sirène device and your smartphone. The Sirène app is supported by Android and IOS. It requires at least IOS 16 and Android 12 or newer. Under these conditions you can connect your Sirène device with any phone that has a functioning Bluetooth connection and the ability to share GPS data.

Connection issues

If you have problems connecting your Sirène with your phone or it keeps disconnecting, we suggest that you:

  • Make sure Bluetooth on your phone is always activated. This is the main requirement for maintaining a stable connection.
  • Try to reset your device: To reset your Sirène, simply plug it in the Sirène charger and unplug again afterwards.
  • Restart the Sirène app: Close the app completely, also in the background, and then open it again.
  • Reinstall the Sirène app: Delete the app from your phone and then download and install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store.
