Your Sirène uses a rechargeable battery. You can use the USB-C cable provided in the package to charge it. With the fast charging it just takes up to an hour to fully recharge your Sirène.
The fully charged battery typically lasts up to 60 days, depending on usage. This estimate assumes you carry your Sirène with you daily.
The battery level will be shown in the app under "My Sirène”.
What the lights on your Sirène indicate about the battery level:
- Pulsing red light: Appears while charging and indicates that the battery level is low.
- Pulsing green light: Appears while charging and indicates that the battery level is medium
- Constant green light: Appears while charging and indicates that the battery level is high.
Battery issues
If you are experiencing problems with your battery, we suggest that you:
- Make sure you are using the right charger (the one you received with your Sirène).
- Make sure to fully charge it before you unplug it from the charger.
