Let’s get your Sirène set up correctly. Follow the steps below to complete the initial setup.
The app is supported on Android and iOS, requiring at least iOS 16 or Android 12.
- Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your phone, as this is crucial for the device to work.
- Open the Sirène app and follow the instructions provided.
It is important to allow the app to always access your location. This does not mean it tracks you constantly, but it ensures that once you trigger an alert, it can access and share your location immediately without further permission.
- The pairing process happens as part of the onboarding in the Sirène app. When prompted to connect, press and hold the metal ball for 3-5 seconds until you see a green blinking light on the LED-Ring around it, confirming that your devices are successfully connected. The Sirène will automatically connect to your phone whenever it moves, as long as Bluetooth is activated on your phone.
Your Sirène will only work as long as it is connected to your phone.
