Sirène troubleshooting
Reset your Sirène
1 – Remove the bottom of your Sirène cover (if your Sirène is wearing one)
2 – Plug the Sirène charger in your Sirène and unplug it afterwards
3 – Your Sirène should now have been reset
iOS troubleshooting
Disable/Enable Bluetooth
1 – Go to Settings on your phone
2 – Select Bluetooth
3 – Disable and enable it again
Close and open the app
1 – Swipe it up, hold and let go
2 – Swipe left or right to navigate to the Sirène app
3 – Press and swipe up, once the Sirène app is shown on the screen
Remove and install the app
1 – Locate the Sirène app. Press and hold the app icon and select Delete app
2 – Go to the App Store
3 – Type Sirène Personal Safety Device in the search field
4 – Select install and wait for the installation to finalize
Android troubleshooting
Disable/Enable Bluetooth

2 – Select Connections
3 – Disable Bluetooth and enable it again
Close and open the app
1 – Swipe it up, hold and let go
2 – Swipe left or right to navigate to the Sirène app
3 – Press and swipe up, once the Sirène app is shown on the screen
Remove and install the app
1 – Locate the Sirène app. Press and hold the app icon and select Delete app
2 – Go to the Google Play Store
3 – Type Sirène Personal Safety Device in the search field
4 – Select install and wait for the installation to finalize
