Once you trigger an alert, all your contacts are notified that you need assistance. If one of your contacts accepts the alert, you will receive a push notification indicating that someone is on their way to help. In the app you can see who of your contacts it is. Additionally, your Sirène will vibrate and light-up white around the button.
